Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Primefor Filming and Events. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Primefor Filming and Events provides professional filming, photography, and event management services. All services are subject to availability and confirmed upon signing of a contract and receipt of a deposit.

2. Booking and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date. We accept bank transfers and major credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a refund of the remaining balance (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable.

4. Copyright and Ownership

All footage, photographs, and creative content produced by Primefor Filming and Events remain the intellectual property of Primefor Filming and Events until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the content for personal and commercial purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate event details, schedules, and access to venues. Primefor Filming and Events is not liable for delays or issues caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.

6. Liability

Primefor Filming and Events shall not be held liable for any circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, equipment failure, or venue restrictions.
